Check the chic electric collection of Balenciaga for Resort 2011

June 9th, Nicolas Guesquière had presented Balenciaga’s Resort collection for 2011. The collection emerged with tailoring clean lines in modeling which remembered militant uniforms, but with a chic accent. The bohemian also took place of the garments, which were about tailler, trousers, skirts and fitted cropped jackets in a playful hues of prints. The inspiration was about the airlines uniforms and about 60’s style, and resulted in a cohesive detach collection. The mix of neon hues and late sixties patters wore combined with futuristic cuts and shapes and brake with suede and caramel tones.

Was a variety of everything, bringing since the elegant vest plus trousers and shirt, until long fresh dresses in powerful prints and transparences in bohemian look. The floral and electrical sunny hues are contrasted by neuters and pastel as dresses in ice white, taupe and military green. A shiny yellow emerged from pastels and covered a pair of blazer and hotpants,
Guesquière showcased a singularity collection but with a plurality of styles.
