Bottega Veneta Spring Summer 2011 Milan Fashion Week

Tomas Maiser, the Bottega Veneta’s creative designer, had presented the label’s runway last Saturday, September 25th.
Maiser said that he enjoys creating clothes for real life, and that was he demonstrated during the Milan Fashion Week. Bottega Veneta brought a verve urban collection, borrowing a sporty design and mixing up a neutral palette. The tones were from black (including leather tops!) to light sky blues, taupe, ice white, grey and creamy ivory. Two looks had highlights by being printed: a white background and mid black lozenges in a quite disperse distribution.

The dresses came fluid, loose and in glomming materials with intended to create leather – rubber effect. The silhouette adopted the A-line shape, and the maxi skirts poured throw the catwalk like a glomming liquid. Even the long lengthens and the incredible fabrics were not seen as gown dresses: they are totally wearable for day-to-day being “easy” their best adjective. The tailoring appeared ultra light, touchy and soft, following the summer asks. Any garment was too slinky or stretchy, but loose and comfortable. Too the feet, leather sandals or peep toe suede boots, to the hands, neuter handbags.
The runway was a successful presentation, showing a springy easy collection for SS 2011.
