The skin is influenced by intra and extra factors and always needs to be well cared. A very important step to keep the skin healthy, is keepig it clean.

The skin cleaning is very important, because takes off the dead cells, make up and impurities, besides of equilibrates the skin oiliness. But to keep this results it’s necessary recognize what kind of skin is yours and which are the recommended products.

The most advatage would be, of course, receive this kind of cleaning in a beauty parlor with appropriate experts. But, not even everyone can enjoy of that, once not everyone have money for it. But relax! Nowadays we have specific products that will help you to keep you skin healthy and better... at you own home! You just need to pay attention in some details:

The skin cleaning should be done daily, using soap and facial tonic, that can help to deep clean the skin. However, you should search for qualified products, and that matches with your skin.

To the facial cleaning is suggested also a kind of exfoliation, unless twice a week, to banish dead cells, blackheads, and to get the pores opened. But never make the exfoliation often, because it can backfired and damage the skin.

There are many appropriate exfoliates into the market, for each kind of skin, like normal, dry or oily. But there are also the possibility of you use home made products that can have almost the same effect of cleaning. The only question is that they don’t penetrates so deep like those made in laboratory, but also let the skin smooth and stimulates the cells renewal.

Here are some recipes of home made exfoliates to each kind of skin.


Normal Skin: 1 spoon (tea) of natual yogurt and 1 spoon (soup) of sugar


Dry Skin: 1 spoon (soup) of cornmeal and 1 spoon (soup) of olive oil.


Oiled Skin: 1 spoon (soup) of natural yogurt and a 1 spoon (soup) of oats.



Prodement:

Mixed all ingredients and pass the moisturizer over the skin, making smooth circled moviments, with the tip of your fingers. Keep doing it for about 4 minutes. Then, rinse with warm water. A tip: For those with acne skin is better avoid this home made moisturizers, once they can increase the oil skin production and irritate the skin. After the exfoliation step, the last thing to do is the facial cleaning. It also depends of you kind of skin.

Well, the rest of the body, also can pass throught the same facil cleaning processes. However, it doesn’t need tonics, just exfoliation and hydration.

The body exfoliation is a cleaning process that, besides eliminate the dead cells, also prevents the ingrown hair, making the depilation easy, and smoothing the rough areas of the body.

The natural products, like milk, biological honey, oats and yogurt are great agents and coasts less tha tradicional cleaning products. But to don’t take risks, look for a dermatologist and ask about the greatest ingredients to your skin and never use spoiled food or products for it.

The moisturizers helps to hydrate the rough parts of the body, prevent the olden and the dry of skin, and are the agents that keeps the skin cleaning for a longer time.
