Giorgio Armani showed a gloomy collection for SS 2011 on last September 27th. The inspiration took the exotic lands of Sahara and its particular night sky. The hypnotic velvety blue which yells in the lonesome desert sands...
To bright among the darkness, the sequined pieces, varnish jackets and dancing satins were walking throw the night, though they were sporty and daily outfits, ready to confront the big city’s routine.
The silhouette appears straight and slim, elongating the body measures. The trousers come narrow, with the hem right on the ankle’s line, pleats on the waist and basket shape. The shoulders are still marked by shoulder pads, sometimes with a rigor structure but mostly soft and clean. The see-throw fabrics were like delicate and the plainness of the gown dresses was, undeniably, streamlined and elegant.
The collection brings a warm exotic breeze and let the dreamy sensation of one thousand and one night histories.
