Givenchy’s collection for Haute Couture was presented yesterday, July 5th, in Paris. The presentation of wonderful and dreamy ten looks was a delight for the eyes, showcasing why Haute Couture reserves the most transcendental feelings for these runways.

The dramatic melancholy of 30’s was reinterpreted in sartorial gown dresses, full of shiny embellishes, turning the silhouette longer and elegant. Fringes, feather, gold and hundreds of meters of lace were the main materials to create the desirable collection. With an ivory-white-black-gold palette, the outfits emerged with detach thanks by the embroideries and transparency effects.

The creative director, Riccardo Tisci, took inspiration and made a full collection with timelessness style: artistic and creative he mixed the classy of gown dresses with tailoring jackets, breaking the rules and injecting newness.
