Lagerfeld has lensed the most gorgeous models and actresses in his Parisian studio. The cast list includes Elisa Sednaoui, Daria Werbowy, Lara Stone, Erin Wasson, Julianne Moore and Baptiste Giabiconi, all them playing Greek scenes. The calendar, entitled Mythology, brings the tales of the mystic goods which, according to Lagerfeld himself, it’s his favorite religion. He says “the modernity of mythology is in its love of youth, in its cult of the body and in its acceptance of desire.”

He has joined biggest names in photography as Herb Ritts, Bruce Webber, Mario Testino and Patrick Demarchelier, and has designed himself all the jewellery worn during the shoot. The result was a magnificent calendar worked in black & white images and forceful posturing.
