Neon Runway – São Paulo Fashion Week
Brazilian’s fashion week brought what we most Love in them: Flashy Tones! Check the Neon Runway
With a beautiful show worthy of applause, the duo Dudu Bertholini Comparato and Rita brought the navy glam and the influences of the surf to the 5th day of SPFW Spring Summer 2010 2011. Opting for a outside runway, the mark at all thrilled, especially with the setting: a semi Olympic swimming pool gym Baby Barioni at White Water and entitled to show synchronized swimming.
The modeling gained inspiration from swimming, with many cuts and colors, arches a swimmer’s style, clothes and pieces of neoprene high and marked waist. If in one side there was inspiration of sports, on the other, the brand brought the glam of nautical collar jumpsuits with wide and tall modeling, white linen pants, a series of short dresses with bulky modeling on the front and side and details that ended in tufts of tissue well developed.
But the parade of the Neon was still in evidence thanks to the good taste of the designers to produce prints and tropical navy fleeing the mainstream. Then, organic motifs appeared in mesh, designed by Rafa Dejot; nautical Fabio Gurjão; Hawaii printed on silk, authored by Philip Garden and ropes, designed by French designer Lahama Yassin.
And speaking of strings, they also appeared detailing items such as dresses and pants, while the zippers came in more sophisticated versions of swimsuits. Among a collection where prevailed white, pink, purple, green, several shades of blue, yellow, red lead and completed the color palette of Neon for Summer 2011.
The accessories are also inspired the world of swimming goggles as to give rise to the original style of costumes for men, stylized and unusual. At the same time, bracelets, scarves, shoes and sandals with laces transparent completed the set of accessories elected by Dudu and Rita Comparato.
Finally, as it could not be brought to make striking red lipstick - a hallmark of Neon - for this collection, while his eyes appeared slightly marked and slightly delineated.
