Check Cai's latest runway for SS 2011
Richard Chai Love had presented his collection during the first day of Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week , last September 9th.
The designer intended to focus the collection in cuts and forms, effects of couture, not about sparkling or printed elements. The palette appeared totally subtle, passing through grey, ivory, ecru, taupe and a bit of curious dark blue. Sheer and translucent materials created effects when overlapping another garments. By the way, that was an important adjective for Chai collection: Overlaps. They were in tops over blouses, large straps on waist and loose trousers.
A creative organic collection with a urban-sporty result.
