Tea is known as a wonderful natural weed which can brings benefits for health. The culture of drinking tea is quite antique and it made part of many countries as Japan, China, India and England, where they have the habit of taking it every day. Enlightened tea drinkers are studying the benefits of this ancient drink, since the people who drink them have the longest life-expectancy rates in the world. Otherwise many people think, tea is more consumed than coffee, exceeded only by water.

Tea is prepared from the leaves, leaf buds and internodes of the Camella Sinensis plant which can be cured in a range of methods by combination with hot or boiling water.
The polyphenols present in tea is known by help to prevent blood clotting, lower cholesterol levels, neutralize enzymes that aid in the growth of tumors, deactivate cancer promoters and stimulate the immune system.
Tea is also a good beverage which has fluoride for strong teeth, with no calories and half the amount of caffeine found in a cup of coffee. It also has many other components which make the tea a healthful beverage and which help against mutagenic agents, delay aging, fight high blood pressure and against viral and bacterial infections beyond improve the functions of the digestive and excretory systems.
