Tecktonik Style

Conquering even more adepts, the Tecktonik style gained the european streets for almost a year. Since that, it doesn’ stop to evolve, reaching new dimensions and adepts all over the world.
What in the begining was just a clothe’s brand had turned in a own fashion and dance characters. The Tecktonik Killers, energetic and accessories brand, since 2000 accompliched parties in the nightclubs in Paris, but only in 2007, in a bigger event, the Techno Parade, the style was acclaimed after a youtube video.

With techno and hip hop influences, the moviment of this dance have gained popularity quickly. The adepts usually dances in public places like streets and subways to broadcast the Tecktonik. The Friday nights are a date point for those who wants to display their dance to the tourists that are attracted around the circles where are made the TCK battle (as also is known the moviment). The result of that effort is hsowing positive results.
The french singer Yelle, launched a videoclip counting with a Tecktoniks group, to let it more bouncy. The style’s rebound was so strong that in the last years even Madonna get in. In her tour “Sticy and Sweet” the singer had adopted some moviments in many choreografies.

Aways related to that dance the fashion characters of those dancers, that have between 15 and 22 years old, is inspired in the 80’s. The hair is really peaked with the back longer than the up part which is arrangeded with a topknot or futurist coiffures.
To the clothes, the funky colors and the campy prevails. Ultra skinny pants, t-shirts, night gown and coats are the key garments in those dancers closets, beyond the short jackets with a biker style and the snikers.

Vertigo, Milky Way and Electro Dance are another names as Tecktonik is known. More than a moviment or a fashion trend, the tecktoniks launched a new culture manifestation trhought appearance, accessories, colors, music and dance that reflect the youth relaxed spirit.

Always showing energy on the streets, floors and hangers the Tecktonik looks like to be a rising phenomenon. Matching fashion and attitude, works to be close of that trend, since their bawdy style have been appearring even more on streets and gaining space in stores and mainly inf the fashion world.
