The yellow appears as a final touch for winter neuters. Take a look and check the tips!
The Spring hue had invaded garments and accessories appearing lovable dresses and fluid skirts or in bags like the sticky satchel model. Now, the hue is a promise for next season too, coming in a range of tones it covers stockings, coats, trench coats, scarves or anything.
Mustard, vivant, Fluor, light and sweet, each hue with your charm the idea of yellow changed and it became an “it color” for winter season.
Usually is very difficult to match yellow in outfits, even more when we’re talking about fashion. It’s a hue that must match with the skin hue and usually goes along well with contrasting backgrounds, yet is better also choose a basic black. A great newness of the season is the match of mustard with grey, which makes a subtle combination, not calling all attention the yellow, creating a visual proportion.
Akris took the yellow without fear: betted in a suit-and-trousers with straight cuts and double breasted in a matte translucid material while Burberry Prorsum opted by a lightweight fabric matched with military thick elements.
Charles Anastase chose wide and thick shapes and vivant yellow while Marc Jacobs took a yellow-beige-green mix and matched it with golden garments.
Fendi gave to the color what it missed during years: glamour. Overlaps of round skirts provide the hue an unexpectable look of finesse. Louis Vuitton showed class & fun, in funky pencil skirts and Unique and Ruffian chose to be discrete, taking the colors for details like under shirts or scarves.
The hue is perfect for those with suntan skin, while the sand or mustard goes better for light skin tones.
Despite of being trendy the color is bold enough for itself, and even in a very subtle outfit, difficultly it will have a meek connotation. Choose it for a powerful day!
